We stand behind every part we sell! Like with any mass-produced electronics, a few units might not meet expectations. If something arrives defective, damaged, or just doesn’t work right, we got you covered. You’ve got 5 days from the date of the purchase to return or exchange your item(s) with confidence. This return policy:

 

Covers:

- Orders with the wrong item (we've all been there)

- Defective or DOA (dead-on-arrival) parts

- Unused items in original condition*

- Factory-sealed electronics

 

***IMPORTANT*** Always plug your flight controller into your PC and check it in Betaflight before doing any soldering or hardware mods. Skipping this step can void your warranty or return eligibility if the board turns out to be defective.

 

And not:

- Custom-built drones or soldered components

- Opened or used electronics (unless defective)

- Items damaged due to crashes, water, dirt, or improper use
